Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing orders. 

For orders over $75 in the United States only, we offer free shipping. For international orders, and orders below $75, we use a calculated shipping method at checkout. This means that your order will be calculated by adding weight of items, and using our most popular box size. 

After orders are processed, they will be shipped via the method chosen by the customer. We have no control over how long the selected service will take to receive your item. If there has been no movement in your package, please contact us at info@leafandmarble.com, with your order number and concerns. We will look into it for you! 

Pre-designed products with no customizations typically ship within 5 days of purchase. Customized products may take up to 14 days to ship to allow for proof approval, creating, and packaging. Proofs will be sent for certain products, and will come from proofs@leafandmarble.com, or (838)231-4424, if selected.

Since we are a one-person, chronically ill small business, there are times where orders get delayed. While we try our best to get orders out as early as possible, sometimes life happens. If your order is delayed more than usual, you will receive bonuses in your order, as well as a discount code for the future.
